Location: Situated opposite the Opera House just a short stroll from St. Patrick's Street. The toilets are located at the back of the restaurant.

Area Cleanliness: 10
Smell/Odour: 7
Running Water: 10
Hand wash/Soap: 10
Hand dryer/towels: 5 (One dryer for 4 cubicles and 5/6 urinals. Dryer is also over one of the sinks blocking the sink for use)
Toilet paper: 10
State of the floor: 10
State of the toilet: 9
Toilet checklist: 4 (Checklist was in place but had not been marked for about 7 hours)
Other: None. Bonus points: 0

Total Score: 75

Overall comments: Always clean toilets and well maintained but having one dryer is not good and also its placement is not good. Having a checklist is great but why was it not marked off if the toilets were checked?

Location: Going from North to South Dublin city at the top of O'Connell street before O'Connell street bridge, take a left turn. Continue down the quays passing the Customs's House, Jury's Inn is about another 100metres on your left-hand side. Toilets are to the left of reception.

Smell/Odour: 5 (No smell either way)
Running Water: 7 (I found that the hot tap slowed to a crawl and took some time to wash hands)
Hand wash/Soap: 10
Hand dryer/towels: 7 (two electric dryers for around 10 people)

State of the floor: 8 (some toilet paper on the floors)

Toilet checklist: 0 (No checklist to be found)

Overall comments: Nice toilets but no checklist anyway (I walked around to check).

Location: Between Leeson Street and Baggott Street (coming from the City Centre going up Baggott Street take a right just over Baggott Street bridge. Toilets are through reception on your left-hand side.

Location: St. Colmans ground is on the edge of Cobh town near the "Top Of The Hill". Toilets are in a building adjacent to the changing rooms just past the club shop on the right-hand side.

Location: Take the Cobh slip road of the N25 and follow the signs for Glounthaune. You will see the bar on your right-hand side about 3/4 mile after the slip road. Toilets are in the main bar on your right-hand side.

Location: Shopping centre is in the village, near the cinema and across from McDonalds (this is the one with Dunnes Stores). Toilets are between Boot's Chemists and Peter Mark's Hairdressing.

These ratings are for both Men's and Women's toilets.

Overall comments: Always very well maintained and clean toilets. Also toilet for disabled and child changing facilities. Male and female get the same ratings.

Location: As you enter Mitchelstown from the Dublin side, station is on your left-hand side. Toilets are outside.

There is only one unisex toilet.

Area Cleanliness: 7 (Walls were sparkling but sink was very dirty)

Running Water: 0 (no running water from either hot or cold tap)

Hand dryer/towels: 0 (Not being able to wash hands didnt notice dryer)

Other: No comments. Bonus points: -5 (For state of sink and no water)

Overall comments: Toilet in general was very clean and fresh smelling. However the state of the sink and no running water let this toilet down badly.
